WeBuild Developments, a Sussex-based developer, has secured a £12.8m loan from Paragon Bank to convert 40,000 sq ft of offices into 73 one- and two-bedroom flats in Chertsey, Surrey.
The office building, Eastworth House, is located close to the train station and the town centre.
James Harding, director of WeBuild, said: “This conversion scheme will provide housing to the Chertsey area, delivering apartments aimed at first-time buyers.”
Carbon Funding Consultants advised WeBuild on the deal.
