Developer cleared for £330m industrial-to-resi plans

Developer Aitch Group has received outline planning consent for its £330m New Belvedere industrial-to-residential scheme in Belvedere, Bexley. The project will turn what Aitch calls an “under-utilised industrial site” into 1,250 homes and a community hub, as well as a public square. Laurence Quail, managing director at Aitch Group, said the scheme “underscores our commitment to delivering transformative developments that resonate with the needs and aspirations of local communities”.
