Audiovisual and entertainment technology firm Solotech has become the latest occupier to take space at Kingsway Business Park in Rochdale, Greater Manchester.
Solotech will occupy Imperial 76, the 76,000 sq ft sustainable building designed along with EV charging points.
The new facility is expected to serve as a hub for Solotech’s sales and systems Integration division and support live productions operations.

Kingsway Business Park is a 420-acre industrial estate located on J21 of the M62 and home to more than 16 businesses including Asda, Amazon, JD Sports, eON, Dachser, Source BioScience and Gemalto.
The park is being delivered by Kingsway Partnership, a joint venture between the Rochdale Development Agency, Rochdale Borough Council, Homes England and Wilson Bowden.
