Firethorn Trust has appointed Charlie Ingham as director of Firethorn Investment Management, its third-party investment, development and asset management services offering.
Bringing more than 14 years’ experience working across investment strategy and management, capital raising and investor relations, Ingham was most recently a founding partner at Gerald Eve Capital Partners, launched in 2020.
He previously held senior positions at Praxis Capital, Square Metre Asset Management and BNP Paribas Real Estate, where he represented the firm’s EMEA & Asia business in the US.
In his new role, Ingham will be responsible for deploying Firethorn’s expertise and full-service capabilities to owners, occupiers and investors to maximise the performance of commercial real estate assets and development opportunities.
Ingham said: “Since its inception and in a relatively short period of time, Firethorn has built an enviable reputation in the UK real estate sector, with a strong track record of creating best-in-class assets and being a trusted professional partner. With the team’s diverse experience across the real estate spectrum, Firethorn is uniquely positioned to extend its expertise to third parties, providing advisory services as well as investment and development management strategies that will generate exceptional returns.”
Firethorn co-founding partner Chris Webb added: “The launch of Firethorn Investment Management marks an important milestone for the business. We have a proven track record of driving asset value and maximising returns, and we have strong in-house capabilities across multiple disciplines spanning investment, development, finance, legal, leasing and asset management. Charlie’s experience will be invaluable to delivering these services to our clients.”
