Tiago Properties has received planning permission from the Old Oak and Park Royal Development Corporation to build a student-led residential scheme, comprising 888 student beds.
The scheme, located in Park Royal Road, W3, comprises two parcels. Site A has an area of 31,000 sq ft and is occupied by a warehouse with associated office spaces. Site B on the western side, forms part of the Lower Park Trading Estate and is located to the west of Park Royal Road. It has an area of 15,000 sq ft and is occupied by a two-storey workspace building.
Tiago’s scheme involves demolishing the current buildings on site and constructing two towers, one nine storeys high, comprising 32 affordable homes, and the other 33 storeys, with 888 student beds. Of the student beds, 238 will be affordable.
