Car events company revs up in Crawley

GLP has signed a new lease with automotive marketing giant MSL Global on a 27,570 sq ft warehouse at G-Hub Crawley in West Sussex.

MSL is a new tenant on the GLP estate. The deal for Unit 3, coupled with the lease of the 51,699 sq ft Unit 2 announced in February, leaves only G-Hub 96, a 96,442 sq ft industrial warehouse, available for immediate occupation on the park.

All three units benefit from expansive service yards, dock levellers, EV charging bays and ample car and HGV parking. Rents on the park, situated at Manor Royal, are around £10 per sq ft, according to EG Radius data.

Adrienne Howells, senior development director at GLP, said: “G-Hub Crawley’s significance as a logistics hub is undeniable and is reinforced by this agreement with MSL Global. We continue to see demand for modern best-in-class and sustainable logistics warehouses in prime locations such as Manor Royal and look forward to welcoming future tenants.”
