Strettons appoints new head of lease advisory

Strettons has appointed Sam Boothby as head of lease advisory, bolstering its valuations and advisory services team. Boothby joins from CBRE where he acted on behalf of major institutional landlords including Westfield, Hammerson, Landsec and Schroders as well as central London landlord clients. He also has extensive expertise in advising corporate clients and occupiers on rent reviews and lease renewals, break removals and re-gears, as well as providing strategic advice for commercial properties and portfolios. Previous clients include Lloyds Banking Group, William Hill and Greggs.
