AT Communications triples space at SEGRO Park North Feltham

SEGRO has signed a 15-year lease with existing customer AT Communications at SEGRO Park North Feltham, tripling the company’s space at the west London development. AT Communications, which provides services to the film and TV industry, moved to SEGRO Park North Feltham in 2017, and has upsized from its current 8,760 sq ft premises to a 26,518 sq ft facility. The leasing increases the total occupancy rate at SEGRO Park North Feltham to 97.3%.
