Planners at the London Borough of Brent have waved through plans for the latest phase of its South Kilburn regeneration project.
The council has got the go-ahead to redevelop Hereford House and Exeter Court into a circa 230-flat scheme across four buildings, ranging in height from three to 13 storeys.
Half of the homes will be affordable, with half available for private sale.
The scheme has been designed by Karakusevic Carson Architects and is the latest phase in a 15-year regeneration around South Kilburn by the council.
A new park will also be delivered as part of the project.
Tibbalds advised on planning.
