Runway East doubles down with Soho Estates

Runway East has secured its second deal with West End landlord Soho Estates The flex operator has signed a new 10-year lease on the 7,000 sq ft 58 Wardour Street, W1. Quoting rents for the space were around £82 per sq ft. The block, once Soho Estates’ HQ,  is just 50m from Runway East’s first Soho Estates property, at 66 Old Compton Street. Natasha Guerra, chief executive of Runway East said: “Soho has got to be one of the best places in London to work, and we’re creating a hub for our members here too.” Philip Thompson, director of Soho Estates, added: “There is huge demand for flexible workspaces in Soho, and we’re committed to diversifying our portfolio to meet demand, support the diversification of businesses here to aid the long-term success of Soho – which is thriving.”  Runway East, founded in 2014, now has 11 locations around the UK, in London, Birmingham, Brighton and Bristol. Gerald Eve and Stage RE are letting agents on the building.
