UCR Leeds has submitted plans for a 384-home build-to-rent scheme in Leeds’ Armley Road area.
The proposed scheme, designed by Woods Bagot, will site on a 1.8-acre site that has consent for a development with the same number of homes granted in 2021. The latest proposals for the site include more three-bedroom homes.
The proposed scheme is car-free and also includes 231 cycle parking spaces and 2,000 sq ft of commercial space.
The development will be delivered by Solaris Real Estate.
