The City of London Corporation has signed off on plans that will see Roxy Leisure open its first Roxy Ball Room location in London.
AmTrust Europe applied for a change of use at 33 St Mary Axe, EC3, turning a vacant 16,468 sq ft shop last occupied in 2022 by TK Maxx into a leisure and entertainment venue.
With the change of use now approved, Roxy has been lined up to run the new site, offering bowling, pool, shuffleboards, darts, crazy golf and batting cages across the ground and lower ground floors. The premises would also have food, drinks and karaoke booths.
Roxy has 17 venues across the UK in cities including Leeds, Manchester, Liverpool, Birmingham, Nottingham, Sheffield, Edinburgh, Bristol, Cardiff and Leicester.
