As summer starts to come to an end, there will be plenty of people across the built environment who are turning their attention to the ski season – and work, of course. EG is proud to support PropEvents across all of its networking activities, including its flagship PropSki event.
PropSki has now firmly established itself in the property calendar, bringing together more than 625 UK real estate professionals to network, hit the slopes and partake in a little friendly competition. The event returns to Val Thorens in the French Alps again in January and will give both pros and novices the opportunity to hit the slopes.
Blessed with near-perfect conditions this year, PropSkiers got to enjoy the largest ski area in Europe, with some 600km of slopes to ride, and a jam-packed itinerary of events. During the Rapleys & Russell Cooke closing forum, more than £10,000 was raised for charities (the Elifar Foundation and POW UK), bringing the total raised by PropEvents to well in excess of £225,000 since its inception in 2012.
PropSki prides itself on being inclusive, affordable and accessible and this year introduced 70 people to skiing through its beginners’ packages. It also accommodates a more junior crowd under its Prospects banner, which targets graduates and those recently qualified.
Tickets are selling out fast for 2025’s event, with more than 350 delegates booked and 50% of accommodation sold.
