Revolution Bars toasts completion of fundraise and restructuring

Revolution Bars Group has completed its fundraising and restructuring following sign-off from the courts last month. The plans will see it exit more than a quarter of its bars, reduce its rent and extend and amend its borrowing. It also secured £12.5m through a share offer.
