Art-Invest reveals first look inside Canada Water scheme

Art-Invest Real Estate has revealed a sneak peek at the ground floor of its Two Dockside development in Canada Water, SE16. The CGI shows the blended food hall and public realm on the ground floor of the 240,000 sq ft, 11-storey development. The building, designed by architect HWKN, seeks to tap into the growing importance of amenities and sustainability in workspaces. Following approval last year, Two Dockside will become the first commercial building at Dockside Canada Water, which sits in the wider Canada Water regeneration area next to British Land’s 53-acre masterplan.
