Godwin Developments has appointed Yuved Bheenick as its residential development director.
His previous positions include development director at Places for People, land and planning director at Vistry Group and at Linden Homes and senior development manager at Taylor Wimpey.
In his new role, Bheenick will be responsible for driving the growth of the company’s residential development portfolio across the country. He will focus on identifying and acquiring prime development sites, overseeing the planning and design process, and managing the construction of residential projects.
Bheenick will also be responsible for working with local authorities and other stakeholders to secure planning permissions and approvals.
Bheenick said: “The residential property market is showing signs of recovery, and I am confident that my experience and expertise will help Godwin to capitalise on the opportunities that are emerging. I look forward to working with the team to deliver high-quality, sustainable residential developments that meet the needs of residents across the country.”
