M Core’s property management arm, LCP Group, has added a new tenant to its Multipark Burntwood site, located on the A5190 between Cannock and Lichfield in the West Midlands.
Engineer Trelleborg Sealing Solutions has taken a 20,945 sq ft building on a 10-year lease following a fit-out completed in August.
Multipark Burntwood comprises 81 facilities measuring a total of 769,407 sq ft. LCP has recently invested £6.5m in the expansion of the park by constructing 56,000 sq ft of space, which is now 85% prelet.
The scheme is a home to a range of tenants, including those in the retail, property and automotive sectors.
Nick Bryson, director at LCP, said: “The park’s transport links, on-site amenities and diverse tenant mix create a vibrant business environment, making it attractive to a wide range of companies.”
Terry Groom, general manager at Trelleborg Sealing Solutions’ Aerospace Hub Europe North, said: “The new Burntwood facility more than doubles the footprint of our current warehouse complex and reflects the strong growth in demand for Trelleborg aerospace components.
“Our customers are increasingly seeking support with specialist products and the logistics to manage distribution and certification challenges, and the new development in Burntwood is specifically designed to address these issues.”
