Galliard Homes and O’Shea Group have appointed Audley Group to oversee the sales and operational management of a new retirement village in Henley-on-Thames, Oxfordshire.
The Shiplake Meadows scheme, which has a gross development value of £57m, comprises 65 homes across two- and three-bedroom cottages, flats and penthouses.
The village also feature a bistro, bar, private dining room and gym and wellness suite, with care services provided by Audley Care.
There are also 35 cycle bays and 86 car-parking spaces.
