CBRE has appointed Artyom Perevedentsev as director of its hotels investment team, covering continental Europe from London.
Perevedentsev joins from BNP Paribas Real Estate, where he oversaw hotel investment sales across the continent.
He brings 13 years of expertise in European capital markets, having worked with EuroCapital in Sofia, UniCredit in Vienna and Yotel and Eastdil Secured in London.
In his new role, Perevedentsev will collaborate with Christian Kaufmann and Blanca Deus, reporting to Kenneth Hatton, CBRE’s head of European hotels.
Hatton said: “Europe remains an important investment destination for global hotel capital, which increasingly requires advisers who can [deal with] pan-continental opportunities. With our European sell-side market share having doubled since early 2021, the timing seems good for Artyom’s arrival.”
