Final phase of Park Hill regeneration tipped for go-ahead

Sheffield City Council planning officers have recommended the approval of a fifth and final phase of development at Park Hill, Sheffield.

The proposals were submitted by Urban Splash and Places for People in May this year.

The latest phase, designed by Mikhail Riches, will see 105 homes and 2,153 sq ft of commercial space added to the redevelopment of the Grade II listed Brutalist structure.

Urban Splash and Places for People have worked in joint venture partnership on the development of Park Hill since 2013.
