Maritime View is set to receive planning approval from Greenwich Council for a 564-home scheme in Greenwich, SE10.
Planning officers have recommended the council approve the Enderby Place scheme at its planning meeting on 17 September.
The scheme comprises four buildings of up to 33 storeys as well as light industrial and community space.
The site is within the Greenwich Peninsular Opportunity Area – part of the Thames Estuary North and South Growth Corridor, which has been identified as having capacity for 17,000 homes and 15,500 new jobs.
The site has a previous consent granted in 2015 for 477 homes.
