Lightbound and Searl to leave Related Argent

Michael Lightbound and Nick Searl will leave their roles as executive directors at developer Related Argent at the end of this year after 17 years with the company. Both became partners at Argent in 2012. Lightbound has been finance partner since 2015. Searl worked for a decade in the King’s Cross development team and was managing partner of Argent LLP from 2020 until April this year. They both became executive directors in 2023 ahead of the transition to Related Argent last year. Chief executive director Tom Goodall said: “I would like to pay an enormous tribute to Mike and Nick for their outstanding contributions to the success of Argent and more recently Related Argent. I have worked with them for over 12 years and want to take this opportunity to thank them for their personal and professional support throughout this time.”
