Milligan appoints new head of mixed-use asset management

Regeneration specialist Milligan has hired Alex Hyams as head of mixed-use asset management. Hyams joins Milligan from Queensberry, where he has played a pivotal role in overseeing the commercial success of several large multi-let properties since 2019. In his new role Hyams will lead a growing division of Milligan, bringing his dynamic approach and deep industry relationships to the forefront of its expanding portfolio. Milligan chief executive Stuart Harris said: “His proven track record and passion for transformative placemaking align perfectly with our mission to regenerate towns and cities across the UK. I look forward to contributing to our shared vision of creating vibrant, mixed-use destinations that breathe new life into towns and high streets.” Harris joined Milligan in 2019 from Queensbury, the business he co-founded with Paul Sargent in 2011.  The business has hired a number of specialists from the firm over the past few years.
