Regeneration specialist Milligan has hired Alex Hyams as head of mixed-use asset management.

Hyams joins Milligan from Queensberry, where he has played a pivotal role in overseeing the commercial success of several large multi-let properties since 2019.

In his new role Hyams will lead a growing division of Milligan, bringing his dynamic approach and deep industry relationships to the forefront of its expanding portfolio.

Milligan chief executive Stuart Harris said: “His proven track record and passion for transformative placemaking align perfectly with our mission to regenerate towns and cities across the UK. Alex’s expertise will be instrumental as we continue to unlock new opportunities and deliver sustainable, community-focused projects.”

Hyams added: “My passion lies in driving transformative change and revitalising urban spaces. Joining Milligan, a company known for its innovative and partnership-driven approach, is a meeting of minds. I look forward to contributing to our shared vision of creating vibrant, mixed-use destinations that breathe new life into towns and high streets.”

Harris joined Milligan in 2019 from Queensbury, the business he co-founded with Paul Sargent in 2011.  The business has hired a number of specialists from the firm over the past few years.
