Later living developer Auriens has secured a £140m refinancing deal for its scheme in Chelsea, SW3.
The deal with MCAP Global Finance, brokered by Eastdil Secured, replaces the property’s initial £185m development loan from Goldman Sachs in 2019.
Located off the King’s Road, the 56-home Auriens Chelsea scheme features a restaurant, library, wine cellar, hairdresser, bar and cinema room, as well as a gym, wellness facilities and wellbeing programme.
Julie Fawcett, chief executive of Auriens, said: “The new loan is a testament to our reputation as an operator, as we look to announce further Auriens sites in the near future.”
