Knight Frank has hired a partner from Cushman & Wakefield to head its life sciences team.
The move follows the announcement in May that Emma Goodford, who has led the team for the past two years, will retire in March next year.
Nicholas Blevins has been with Cushman & Wakefield for more than 10 years, most recently working on the client representation side in the consultancy’s life sciences team.
In his new role, Blevins will be tasked with spearheading Knight Frank’s growth across the UK and working with the firm’s US occupier services partner Cresa.
