De Vere looks to wash its hands of Acton Soap Works scheme

De Vere Partners is looking to sell its Soap Works residential-led mixed-use site in South Acton, with offers invited above £12m.

The 0.49-acre west London site comprises 7,865 sq ft of industrial space and has planning permission for 124 homes, 43 of which will be affordable.

The scheme received planning consent in February this year and will span 18 floors, alongside commercial and industrial space and 231 long-stay cycle storage spaces.

The site, at 8-10 Greenock Road, W3, is being marketed by Montagu Evans and also has the potential to be converted into a co-living scheme with more than 300  beds.
