Two residential schemes in Oxfordshire with a combined total of 360 homes have been recommended for approval.
Hallam Land’s proposals to deliver up to 300 homes on a 33.3-acre site in Kidlington will be considered by Cherwell District Council.
The homes, designed by Optimised Environments, will sit alongside community allotment and orchard, wetland and amenities. About 50% of homes are proposed to be classified as affordable.
Carter Jonas is advising Hallam Land on planning.
A separate application for 60 homes on an 11-acre site off Tadmarton Road will also be considered.
The plans were lodged by Gladman Developments and created by the Environment Partnership. Up to 21 of the homes will be affordable.
