Hetherley Capital Partners has signed a 10-year lease agreement for the 105-bedroom Ibis Budget Beaconsfield Hotel in Buckinghamshire.
The hotel will be managed by Hetherley under the Ibis Budget brand, subject to the terms of a newly-secured franchise agreement with Accor Hotel Services.
The deal was agreed with landlord Extra Motorway Services Areas, an operator of motorway service areas in the UK, reflecting Hetherley’s ongoing aim to expand its footprint in strategically important locations across the UK.
Charles Scudamore, chief executive of Hetherley, said: “We have collaborated with Extra MSA to provide a strategic lease solution for the Ibis Budget Beaconsfield.
“This hotel is a high-quality, well-maintained property situated in a prime, high-traffic location, making it an excellent fit for our portfolio. The Beaconsfield area attracts consistent demand, and we believe this property holds significant long-term growth potential.
“This long-term agreement reinforces our strategy of investing in well-located, high-performing assets that can deliver consistent returns.”
Tom Dobson, chief executive at Extra MSA, said: “We are keen to continue expanding our strategic partnerships with operators who will bring added value to our amenities and enhance the customer experience, making our “extra mile” promise a reality to all visitors.”
