Eleanor Healthcare Group has signed for 9,846 sq ft at T Bromley, BR1.
The social care provider has signed a 10-year lease on the third floor of Building 17. Rents in the building are quoted at £37.5 per sq ft.
According to Radius, the scheme is owned by Columbia Threadneedle. T Bromley comprises Building 17 and Building 15, which are connected via a single large reception area. Overall, the development has 52,500 sq ft of office space, with a landscaped garden.
The buildings have recently been refurbished to provide informal meeting and break-out areas, new M&E services, cycle storage and showers with changing facilities, and parking.
Tenants include Trust Payments, Thackray Williams, Novellus Finance, RSM and Hanson Regan.
The latest deal leaves 12,600 sq ft of office space available to let at T Bromley.
Olivia Fryer, director at Savills, which advised the landlord alongside Michael Rogers, said: “The scheme offers high quality and efficient space that is suited to a modern office occupier and is surrounded by a wealth of amenities. At the building, there are only two suites remaining of different sizes providing much needed flexibility for a variety of occupiers.”
