Muse bolsters Yorkshire and the North East team

Muse has strengthened its Yorkshire and the North East team with the appointment of Jack Pasley as senior project manager.

Pasley joins the developer’s Leeds office from Queensberry Real Estate, where he worked alongside public and private partners to drive forward the delivery of mixed-use town centre redevelopments in Nuneaton and Huddersfield and repurposed a Grade II-listed hotel as part of a development scheme for Kirklees Council.

Prior to this, Pasley spent seven years at Mott MacDonald, working primarily with government agencies upgrading a diverse range of estates and prominent public buildings across the UK.

In his new role, Pasley will support the delivery of Bradford City Village, a vision for 900 new affordable and build-to-rent homes, independent retail and leisure, business spaces and public realm, forming part of a sustainable residential neighbourhood in the city centre.

Bradford City Village is being brought forward by ECF – the partnership between Muse, Legal & General, and Homes England – together with Bradford Council. The jv for £24m scheme was signed last year.

James Pitt, managing director at Muse for Yorkshire and the North East, said: “With experience working with public and private partners to deliver mixed-use places, Jack will add value to our team. He is well-placed to support our growth in the region and will be able to draw on his knowledge and expertise to help push forward our vision for Bradford City Village.”
