Three former Pocket Living employees have launched development advisory business Urban Sketch.
The firm, set up by former Pocket Living chief commercial officer Nick Cuff, land director Will Grant and senior creative and architectural design manager Tina John, will focus on “unlocking brownfield sites”.
It will offer services such as feasibility and land advisory, land assembly and acquisition, and design, development and delivery consultancy. Pocket Living will be an anchor client for the consultancy.
Prior to Pocket Living, Cuff was development manager at Essential Living, he has also been a planner at CBRE.
Grant was a partner in residential development and investment at Levy Real Estate, a senior director in land agency and development consultancy at JLL and head of residential development at King Sturge.
John has previously held architect roles at GRID architects, BM3 Architecture, and Hunter Evans.
