Lendlease cleared for Stratford scheme

Lendlease has been granted planning permission for a 15-storey mixed-use building in east London. S10 at Stratford Cross sits in the new Shift district of Stratford, part of a wider regeneration of the area following the 2012 Olympic Games. The Waugh Thistleton Architects-designed building has been planned for office use as well as life sciences and education, with views across Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park. “The planning approval for S10 at Stratford Cross is a testament to the power of collaboration between the project’s development partners and marks a significant step forward in creating an emerging creative and cultural workplace destination at the heart of east London,” said Matthew Steenhoek, executive director at Lendlease.
