London-based investor Matter Real Estate has made five new appointments as firm continues to expand.
Andrew Rippingale (pictured left) joins the firm as chief financial officer from Nuveen Real Estate, where he was responsible for managing and enhancing complex real estate fund structures and mandates across Europe.
Aleksandra Paciorek (centre) has been appointed as vice president in the investment team. She will focus on sourcing and executing key investments across Europe. Paciorek previously worked at EQT Group, managing residential, student housing and self-storage assets.
David Moore (second from right), who joins from Deloitte Ireland, will become finance analyst.
Jorge Albert (far right) joins as senior associate and John Mak (second from left) joins as an associate. They will work on deal underwriting, execution and investment management.
