LadBible looks for new London office

Online media publisher LadBible is on the hunt for a new base in London, with a focus on Old Street and the City fringe submarkets.

The company is looking for a space of 30,000-50,000 sq ft, with Savills advising on the search.

The Manchester-headquartered company’s London team, which now numbers more than 100 employees, has been based at the Relay Building at 114 Whitechapel High Street, E1, since 2019.

A spokesperson for the company told EG that its lease is up in 2026 and that the team is “assessing our options”.

Interim results for London-listed parent group LBG Media showed revenue of £42.3m in the six months to 30 June, up by 55% from a year earlier. Pretax profit of £7.1m compared to a loss of £1.2m for the first half of 2023.

Chief executive Solly Solomou said the company is targeting annual revenue of £200m, adding: “In the complex digital media landscape, the detailed understanding we have of our audience and our propensity to be agile in such a dynamic market provide a strong foundation for long-term growth and the delivery of shareholder value.”
