Rapleys picks new London office

Rapleys has leased a new London office as it brings together its team with that of a recently acquired business.

The consultancy has taken 4,194 sq ft on the second floor of 1-3 Upper James Street, W1, in a six-year sublet from Phonographic Performance, a music copyright collective.

Rapleys will move to the block, near Golden Square, from its home at 66 St James’s Street, SW1. It will be joined from the team from Mellersh & Harding, which it bought earlier this year and which is leaving its offices at 32-33 St James’s Place, SW1.

Kate Scholes, head of operations at Rapleys, said: “Over the past two years, Rapleys has been investing in our people, workplaces and systems to provide a thriving culture across the UK. We have also been growing strategically and our workplaces need to both underpin this investment and facilitate the best possible experience for our people and clients while being well-located and having room for further growth.”
