Greenacre Residential has received planning consent from the South Dublin County Council for the development of 574 homes across five blocks in Fortunestown Lane, Saggart.
The approved scheme replaces a previous consent for 488 homes.
Greenacre’s latest scheme will include a mix of one-to-three-bedroom flats. The approved amendments relate to Blocks C, D, and E of the project and include the addition of an extra storey to each block and the reconfiguration of floor levels.
In addition to the residential units, the site will feature landscaped courtyards, communal and private amenity spaces, terraces, car and bicycle parking. The approved plans also incorporate a crèche, community space, retail, and café/restaurant units.
Construction works are expected to commence in 2025.
