Pension fund Railpen and Orchard Street Investment Management have let the final floor at their new City of London office development.
The deal sees asset manager Waystone take 8,078 sq ft on the sixth floor of 125 Wood Street, EC2. The rent is £66.49 per sq ft, according to EG Radius records.
Waystone’s letting takes the 65,000 sq ft building to full occupancy. The firm will join tenants including Oppenheimer and GQ Employment Law.
