Hartley joins Mountview as non-exec

Mountview Estates has appointed Tracey Hartley as an independent non-executive director with effect from 1 January 2025. Hartley will join Mountview’s audit and risk committee, remuneration committee and nomination committee. Her career includes a decade in operations and fund management roles at Grainger, and she was previously head of residential at the Howard de Walden Estate, JLL and the Crown Estate, and chief operating officer at Cortland Europe before joining CompassRock International as senior director – operations in June 2024. She has also participated in the government’s Private Rented Sector Taskforce, and is chair of the British Property Federation’s residential management committee, a member of the BPF Living Sectors Board and the RICS UK & Ireland World Regional Board.
