Hillview Real Estate has secured three occupiers at Lawnswood Business Park in Leeds, as demand for office space in the regions continues to tick up.
Fuel card provider Radius has taken a 4,903 sq ft suite on the first floor of Lawnswood House on a five-year lease, while global chemical distributor Brenntag has agreed a deal to lease 4,402 sq ft on the ground floor of the same building, expanding its existing presence at the park.
Conveyancing Home has also increased the amount of space it occupies at the park, taking a further 1,338 sq ft at Mayesbrook House. According to EG Radius, asking rents in the building are at £22 per sq ft.

Christabelle Day, surveyor at JLL, which advised Hillview, said: “Past years have seen demand for high-quality office space increase in the region.
“Lawnswood Business Park is continuing to cement a position as one of the locations for businesses to set up shop, and spaces such as the newly refurbished Lawnswood House, will be integral in ensuring that there is sufficient infrastructure to allow businesses to thrive.”
