Call for occupiers to help Oxford Airport mid-tech hub take off

Motcomb Estates has appointed Savills to begin a search for occupiers for the first phase at AerOx in north Oxford.

The scheme, which will consist of five mid-tech, office and research and development buildings, is being delivered on a gateway site at London Oxford Airport. The facilities are expected to be ready for occupation in the second quarter of next year.

The first phase of the development will feature three buildings of 7,500 sq ft which can be combined to provide up to 23,000 sq ft of space. Motcomb will also deliver a new access road, central landscaping, secure covered bike stores, car parking and a café amenity block as part of the first phase.

Jan Losch, associate director at Savills, said: “This redevelopment will bring a range of high-spec mid-tech units to the market in 2025, a product type within the science, technology and advanced engineering companies.

“With its prime location in the Northern Cluster, high specification and sustainability at its core, we are expecting interest from a range of knowledge-intensive occupiers.”
