Lifestyle brand picks Spitalfields for office and flagship store

Lifestyle brand J.Lindeberg has signed for a new office and a flagship retail store in asset manager St Anselm’s recently repositioned Spitalfields offices. The company has taken a 5,000 sq ft office at 155 Commercial Street, E1, on a 10-year lease with a break at year five at a rent which is understood to be in the low £60s per sq ft. A further 1,000 sq ft of retail space has been leased in the building, which the company is due to move into in the coming weeks. Acquired in 2015 for £7.6m, according to EG Radius data, St Anselm has since redeveloped the building, with three additional floors due to become available in December. Belcor advised the landlord on the deal.
