Quintain has signed a deal with City Restaurants Group-owned Afrikana at its London Designer Outlet shopping centre in Wembley.
Afrikana has taken 2,688 sq ft at the centre on a 15-year lease and is expected to open early next year.
The new letting follows bath and body brand Rituals last month opening its 2,434 sq ft store, which it has taken on a 10-year lease.
LDO’s other F&B offerings includes Nando’s, Zizzi, Wagamama and Pizza Express.
Matt Slade, retail director at Quintain, said: “Afrikana is an excellent addition to LDO’s F&B line-up, and we expect it to become a popular eatery among our customer base thanks to its excellent choice of dishes alongside an exciting dining experience inspired by art and music.
“F&B plays a vital role in the success of outlet retail, and having a diverse mix of operators helps to attract customers from surrounding areas.”
