CBRE has appointed Dr Carl Deppisch as head of occupier for its European industrial & logistics business.
In his new role, Deppisch will be responsible for developing and executing CBRE’s industrial and logistics occupier growth strategy, ensuring both existing and new clients benefit from the full spectrum of CBRE’s capabilities.
He will report into Anna Esteban, head of advisory & transaction services for Europe.
Deppisch joins from logistics and transport giant Kuehne + Nagel, where he has held a number of senior international roles in operations management and solution design and, most recently, served as senior vice-president of global real estate. Prior to this, he spent six years with consulting firm Accenture in its supply chain practice.
Deppisch joins CBRE in February and will be based in Zurich.
“Carl brings significant client-side experience, affording him the ability to truly understand the rapidly evolving wants and needs of our I&L clients,” said Esteban.
“The sector has experienced unprecedented change in recent years and this insight will allow both Carl, and the wider team, to provide superior advice and tailored solutions to our extensive occupier client base across Europe.”
