Chiswick Park, the 1.8m sq ft business park in west London, has secured a 10-year lease with global energy solutions provider McDermott.
McDermott is taking 34,000 sq ft at the W4 campus.
The agreement concludes a busy year of leasing success at Chiswick Park, which has seen more than 220,000 sq ft of new leases and re-gears across the park.
Demand for space has come from the technology and gaming sector, with Sega, Dell and Light and Wonder all taking new space this year.
Other global businesses, including Paramount Pictures, CBS, Mitsubishi, MicroStrategy and Singapore Airlines, have also agreed new lease extensions.
Calum Spence, principal at Revantage Real Estate, the Blackstone-owned asset manager that looks after the park, said: “The sustained demand for workspace at Chiswick Park clearly illustrates a trend among occupiers for high-quality environments that prioritise sustainability, accessibility and the wellbeing and productivity of their teams.”
Knight Frank and Cushman & Wakefield are the joint leasing agents at Chiswick Park.
