Bruntwood SciTech adds tenant at Circle Square
Bruntwood SciTech has grown the life sciences community at Manchester’s No.1 Circle Square, with Avalere Health signing as the latest tenant.
The consultancy, which specialises in healthcare strategy and data analytics, has established a 6,000 sq ft headquarters, neighbouring with HPE, Mills & Reeve, Roku, BlueSkeye AI and Oyster Ventures.
Asking rents at No.1 Circle Square are £31.50 per sq ft.

Bruntwood SciTech is a joint venture between Bruntwood, Legal & General and Greater Manchester Pension Fund.
Cushman & Wakefield advised Avalere; JLL, Knight Frank and Savills are acting as leasing agents at Circle Square.
