Vistry Group has joined forces with Beyond Housing UK to deliver 106 homes in Stockton-on-Tees, Durham.
The partners will bring forward 75 homes for social rent and 31 for shared ownership. Construction is scheduled to begin later this year and completion is scheduled for 2028.
The homes will include enhanced insulation, air-source heat pumps and electric vehicle charging points.
The scheme forms a part of the wider £169m Summerville Meadows development, off Harrowgate Lane, featuring 670 homes.
Andrew Rennie of Vistry North East said: “Our Summerville Meadows development will create a new community of mixed-tenure homes that provide housing quality and choice for local people, specifically suited to their varied needs and requirements.”
