J Group has received planning approval from Haringey Council for a co-living development at 25-27 Clarendon Road, Wood Green, N8.
The development comprises 222 co-living rooms, as well as 2,500 sq ft of workspace that is aimed at supporting start-ups and entrepreneurs.
Amenities at the premises will include fitness centres, communal kitchens and socialising spaces.
The scheme has been designed by PRP Architects.
