BNP Paribas Real Estate has promoted Tanisha Krishnan to head of workplace for the UK.

Krishnan joined the firm as associate director, advising clients such as Google, Microsoft and Citi Bank on workplace strategies.

Her new role comes as part of a wider shake-up of the occupier solutions division, led by Tom Bolland. Elaine Murphy was promoted to head of occupier strategy, while recent recruits include Freddie Biss as head of occupier business development.

Krishnan said: “Today’s workplaces are evolving rapidly, and I’m extremely passionate about driving strategies that not only align with business objectives but also create meaningful experiences for people.”
