Two new leases signed at Manchester’s Fourways

All About Food and IP Integration are the latest occupiers to sign new leases at Fourways in Manchester.

All About Food has expanded from its existing 4,070 sq ft space to take an additional 2,423 sq ft on a seven-year lease, while IP Integration has taken a 10-year lease on 1,944 sq ft.

Developed by XLB and Pictet Alternative Advisors, Fourways is a Grade II listed building spanning 59,000 sq ft over six floors. The office block sits on Hilton Street in the city’s Northern Quarter.

Daniel Barnes, office agency director at Savills Manchester, comments: “These recent lettings demonstrate the demand and commitment to the scheme, and its compatibility with the needs of modern-day businesses.”

Canning O’Neill represented IP Integration. Savills acted for XLB and Pictet Alternative Advisors. CBRE is the joint agent on the building.
