BNP Paribas Real Estate has hired Cushman & Wakefield’s former head of UK asset services as its new head of property management services.
Nick Ridley spent eight years with Cushman, leaving in late 2023 to establish workplace consultancy HostScore.
Steve Harber, BNP Paribas Real Estate’s head of property management, said: “Nick’s appointment reinforces our commitment to property management as a core service for BNP Paribas Real Estate, both in the UK and across Europe.”
Ridley said: “The market is evolving rapidly, and our focus will be on capturing value for our clients through long term customer and environmental success.”
Assets in the agency’s London property management portfolio include 70 St Mary Axe, 200 Aldersgate, Fenchurch Court, Cannon Bridge House, 200 Gracechurch Street and Devonshire Square.
